With 200 islanders in attendance, there were many discussions in 14 different workshops. A Climate Change, Carbon Neutrality and Community Action panel discussion was included with local politicians including George Grams Islands Trust, Elizabeth White, Duncan Mayor Jonathan Lefebure, Colwood councillor Judith Cullington, and George Grams of the Climate Action Council. Gary Holman MLA, and Islands Trust Chair Sheila Malcomson, also spoke at the conference.
